A special evening for 8 couples or 16 people to experience the "Best of Big Water". Enjoy an exquisite four course meal prepared by the new Executive chef Jayson Poe.

Jayson's experience is myriad and excellent: running the gamit from San Francisco's Aqua & Masa's, to Napa's Auberge du Soleil and Carmel's L'Auberge Carmel. Food doesn't get better than this.

Each course will be accompanied by a soon-to-be-chosen winery. A representative from the winery will guide you through each of their delectable wines, and John Cheney, the owner and managing partner of Big Water Grille will entertain your party as his special guests in the private wine cellar dining room.

Take the delicacies in while listening to acoustic music by Jeff Jones.
